There is:
   http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/UserManual.html#sharedfolders

However, I don't know if the instructions for setting up Virtualbox
shared folders will make sense to you.

Obviously, we would really like to provide a native version of Sage
for windows that doesn't use a virtual machine...  but nobody has
worked on this for months now.
