That is all hopelessly out of date -- there are no sobj's in the
notebook anymore.  To reset user passwords just login as admin, click
on Settings at the top of the page, and click on "Manage Users" and
the rest is really easy.

Fixing the docs about this is now the (easy) trac 7624:
