Hello, When developing cython code, I find the annotation .html files (showing yellow lines where python calls are, etc.) useful. I can do this from the notebook interface, or (apparently) from command-line usage of cython, but I'm not sure it it is possible to do from the sage command line. it would be nice to when, for example, attaching a .spyx file, have the corresponding .html file generated somewhere when it is compiled.
