When you have got this working please could you post somewhere *exactly* what you needed to do? You are doing lots of things which I have never seen before in any of the notebook server documentation. As I have never yet managed to start a notebook server on one machine on campus and connect to it from off campus, I suspect that you are doing some of the things which I should have been doing.
