Ok; you have to put everithing *outside* the .sage directory (in an other drectory), and making this directory readable and writable by the group (alle users of the pool must be in a same group). When you laucn the notebook, add "directory" parameter... This will solve *this* problem, isn'it ? The I wait for you, for the library problem.
