All royalties go directly to the Sage Foundation. Hope some find it useful.
There is a preliminary pdf posted to http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/wdj/teaching/calc1-sage/ but I think it is rather old. I'll try to remember to update it to a more recent version this weekend.
