At this point in time there is no easy way to recover them. Sorry. In October I will make sure there is a better backup system, and also a way to easily backup all your own worksheets to your hard drive in "1 click". The current sagenb.org runs on stable hardware, but there are still robustness and management issues with data that will be sorted out next quarter. Anybody else who has problems like the above should certainly post their experiences in this thread. Univ of Washington has kindly decided to pay me to work full time on such issues all next quarter instead of teaching classes like I normally would, since they see a truly robust stable sagenb.org as very valuable to people.
