I'm hoping someone can suggest a way to remove an optional spkg, specifically the scitools++ package.
It looks like the scitools++ package may not be compatible with the current numpy and matplotlib packages, and I want to remove it and try scitools-.4 instead. Is there a way to do this without blowing up and rebuilding my whole sage-4.0.alpha0? I realize that full package management is an eventual dream, but right now I'd be overjoyed just to have a list of files that were installed by each package. Is there any chance of making that baby step someday, or does this have to be all or nothing - i.e. nothing will change until we get full package managment? -- Kevin Horton Ottawa, Canada --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to sage-support@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send email to sage-support-unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-support URLs: http://www.sagemath.org -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
