I suggest you strongly to go to wiki.sagemath.org , create an account,
create a new page titled "Wubi Linux Install Guide" or somethig like
that and post your explanation there. It's pretty easy. Once you are
done, create an entry here: http://wiki.sagemath.org/DocumentationProject
