This is a known issue, it's tracked here: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/5341 The last comment on that page says the updated package at http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/3693 fixes the issue. Perhaps you can try that and report if it works for you?
