How do I exhibit coefficients of the unique cusp form of weight 9/2, level 4 and trivial character? (The coefficients should be 1, -6, 12, -8, 0, 12, -48, 48, -15, ...) How do I compute the dimension of the space of modular forms of weight 3/2, level 28 and trivial character? Same question for the space of cusp forms.
