%hideall works. Thank you Pat also William. Maybe there are better ways to do it, but I don't know yet. What I am doing is to use the notebook like MathCad, it shows the equations and the results, also the comments. However, I don't want to show the lines of 'print "xxxx", xxxx', so I put all the print statements in one separate cell and hide it, so they won't show up in the printouts.
