Either use Windows to change the permissions of the files, or re-download http://sagemath.org/bin/microsoft_windows/sage-vmware-3.2.3.zip I extracted the above archive, made the permissions much less restrictive than they were before, and remade the archive. > Or is sage not usable on Windows?
