Hi, I only skimmed the paper you are referring to but I couldn't find any 
indication that the algorithm is implemented in fpLLL. If Damien Stehlé and 
Phong Nguyen implemented the algorithm as open-source software then I suppose 
something could be done about integrating it into Sage.
