[sage-support] atan(0,0) returning zero?

Hi,

In some investigations while using Sage, I noticed
that atan(0,0) returns 0 while using Sage. Maxima
correctly reports an error. The arctan(0,0) should
be undefined. Is there a specific reason for the
behaviour of reporting 0? Is there a flag to set
to make it raise an error?
