Hello, I had a computer freeze-up while using Sage notebook, and now it is acting funky. Between sessions, it will forget the names I have given to worksheets and will resurrect worksheets that I have thrown out. It also sometimes creates duplicate worksheets. I have tried cleaning out all of the files in the sage_notebook folder, but that doesn't work.
Here is what is displayed in terminal: sage: notebook() The notebook files are stored in: /home/cody/.sage//sage_notebook ************************************************** * * * Open your web browser to http://localhost:8002 * * * ************************************************** 2008-08-30 19:37:49-0400 [-] Log opened. 2008-08-30 19:37:49-0400 [-] twistd 8.0.1 (/home/cody/sage-3.1.1- debian32-intel-i686-Linux/local/bin/python 2.5.2) starting up 2008-08-30 19:37:49-0400 [-] reactor class: <class 'twisted.internet.selectreactor.SelectReactor'> 2008-08-30 19:37:49-0400 [-] twisted.web2.channel.http.HTTPFactory starting on 8002 2008-08-30 19:37:49-0400 [-] Starting factory <twisted.web2.channel.http.HTTPFactory instance at 0x8c016ac> 2008-08-30 19:37:52-0400 [HTTPChannel,1,127.0.0.1] ** Message: GetValue variable 1 (1) ** Message: GetValue variable 2 (2) ** Message: GetValue variable 1 (1) ** Message: GetValue variable 2 (2) ** Message: GetValue variable 1 (1) ** Message: GetValue variable 2 (2) ** Message: GetValue variable 1 (1) ** Message: GetValue variable 2 (2) ** Message: GetValue variable 1 (1) ** Message: GetValue variable 2 (2) ** Message: GetValue variable 1 (1) ** Message: GetValue variable 2 (2) The lines "** Message: GetValue variable..." appear all at once after I have opened a worksheet. When I open a worksheet, all of the cells have the vertical orange bar next to them that usually indicates that the contents are being processed, but CPU usage is very low. Also, a billion bash, sh, python and sage-ipython processes appear. What should I do?
