That's good to know. Encouraged by this I tried out a few things and
found out that the first cell in my notebook prevented the correct
evaluation of the following cells. It just contained:

DATA

to display the data directory of the notebook. When I removed this
cell, the notebook evaluated fine and the plots were re-created. Is
this a bug?

Yes, this would be very good, since recreating the plots and
calculations can take a long time.
