PROBLEM SOLVED

lo part is printed out. For unknow reson I commneted # lo lines  in /
etc/networks/interfaces

I recompiled sage 3.0.3

1. /etc/networks/interfaces
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

2. recompiling sage

sage 3.0.3 works now with notebook() :)
