Yes, it absolutely does allow you to do that, for exactly the
same reason that you can install Linux on a computer and
use that computer to run a commercial website.

If you fix bugs in Sage and generally improve Sage itself, we
would appreciate that you make those changes itself, though
you're not legally bound to do so.
