Hi, (I am very new to Sage and I presently have no access to the system I am referring to; so please ignore if this advice does not make sense.) I exeprienced a similar problem. The reason was (I believe) that when disconnecting from the Internet my browser is set automatically into "offline mode". Putting the browser back into "online mode" (without connecting to the Internet) solved my problem.
