I'm using Fedora 8 with Sun jdk1.6.0_06 java. Default java for Fedora
icedtea, but that sage throws up errors when I use that, which is why I'm
using Sun java.

 Plugin is working since applets on the JMOL website work in Firefox. Java
is working fine since the graphics work fine from sage in a terminal. Sage
does not give any error messages.
If I click the jmol in the bottom right corner of the black box I get the
jmol console which doesn't have any obvious error messages.

I'm at a loss what to try next.
