Hi: I'm wondering why is it that rm -rf "$SAGE_ROOT/local/lib/$GAP/pkg/" mkdir "$SAGE_ROOT/local/lib/$GAP/pkg/" occurs in the spkg-install script for gap_packages*? Is there a reason why the old packages are deleted?
