It's a "7 zip" file, which is several hundred megabytes smaller than the
zip file was.  I just posted it last night, and didn't update the README file
yet.  Thanks for reminding me!!  Here's the new section of the updated
README.txt:

1. Download sage-vmware-2.10.7z

2. Extract it anywhere you want using 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org):
   (This will .take about 15 minutes
   despite anything Windows tells you.  Do *not* stop the
   extract halfway through and think SAGE will still work.)
