Ehh, in the unlikely event that this will get back to the original
author (whose email address seems to be missing):
* Which version of m4 are you using?
* Which Debian/Ubuntu version are you using?
* Which package complained? What exactly is written?
* Do you still have the install log? Can you post it somewhere so I
can have a look?
