You have a very fast computer. :-) Regarding the error below, which I've never seen, does the SAGE notebook work at all for you? Type sage -notebook make a new worksheet and try some commands (press shift-enter to evaluate). It is the only thing that uses sage0.py. If it does work that's perhaps a hint about why the tests below fail.
