I successfully built SAGE 2.7 from scratch on my debian etch laptop a couple of days ago. But today I tried sage -upgrade to get 2.7.1 and failed -- "no space left on device". At this point the sage directory contains 1.2G.
Perhaps I'll need a new laptop to continue to upgrade my SAGE!
