Don't worry about that -- it's a weird issue with a new "feature" in IPython
on some systems, which happens only on exit.
I thought I had pushed out a patched IPython that
fixed that problem, but evidently I hadn't.  Thanks for letting me know
about it; that patch will be in the next version of IPython I push out.
Actually, if you (after doing "sudo sage" after loging in using the "manage"
account) do

   install_package('ipython-0.8.1.p1')

the problem should go away.

The ugprade went fine -- it's something else.

I'm planning to change the vmware machine to have a small gui, so that
the mouse doesn't get "stuck" in there.  This will me that downloading it
the first time will be 500MB instead of 420MB, but will make it more comfortable
to use.  This is well worth doing, since the VMware version is now by far
the most popular way people download SAGE.
