First, let me say that the general idea I posted about the project is probably beneath your skill level since it largely revolves around refactoring classes. It's a somewhat annoying technical project that needs to be done, doesn't require a lot of skills, but just needs to have a good plan. In your case, I would discuss with Dave what would be a good project. In particular, you do not have to stick to the projects listed on the ideas page. We give all submissions full consideration.
