Dear Zongling, Welcome to sage development. You should first get familiar with the software though and in particular its interfaces with solvers (https://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/reference/numerical/index.html).
At the same time, you would need to get familiar with the contribution process that goes through the github platform at https://github.com/sagemath/sage. To get familiar I would suggest that you pick some easy tasks in the big list of issues https://github.com/sagemath/sage/issues and try to propose a fix. We have a label "good first issue" but it is not very much populated at the moment, see https://github.com/sagemath/sage/labels/good%20first%20issue.
