It has a lot of Mathematica code in it, and maybe half as much Sage
code.

I couldn't find the tex source. Did I miss it, or do they just offer pdf
and mma notebooks?

Oh wow. After looking more closely at the pdf, it looks like the entire book is written as a huge (set of?) mathematica notebooks. So I guess the source *is* the mathematica notebooks.

The license doesn't permit derivative works. Bummer. But maybe they'd allow people contributing, for example, an html or RST version (that could then embed Sage cells...)
