Yes, the Georgia Tech list is very good.  But be careful, the books
are "free" but do not always have open licenses and the authors retain
copyright.  Read the first paragraph of

for a cautionary tale about "free" textbooks.

Jason Grout's list is excellent, as is Textbook Revolution.  And I
didn't know about "Derivations," which looks very interesting
(especially doing applied math in hex!).
