Does anyone have any recommendations for an undergraduate Fourier analysis book? In particular, does anyone know of any open-source or affordable books that could naturally incorporate Sage? I'm asking for a colleague of mine. (The prerequisite for the course is Calculus II, but most of the students will also have had linear algebra.)
