Nice! I hadn't thought about using Puppy linux. I look forward to trying it out. I've made a VirtualBox image using a lightweight ubuntu, in case that is interesting to you. However, it seems that the Puppy Linux version will be far smaller and faster too. As for the gmail addresses, I believe they can add you manually.
