new ECL has been released, I updated #22191 (update to ECL 6.1.3) to
reflect this.
In all likelihood we should skip 6.1.3 and go directly to 20.4.24 (now
they use dates for versions)

Dear All,

we've released today a new version of ECL. For details please see the
announcement on our blog:
https://common-lisp.net/project/ecl/posts/ECL-20424-release.html

Best regards,
Daniel

P.S. I've modified a blog a little so the index shows only headers
(instead of whole bodies). It is easier to navigate old entries that
way.
