Perhaps should we simply remove the pseudo-packages whose type is "pip"
(since there is the "sage -pip install" command), that is:

beautifulsoup
biopython
brian
guppy
mercurial
mpi4py
nibabel
pybtex
pyflakes
sqlalchemy
trac
