Hi Brent, IIRC, there is no such feature currently available. I believe there is an argument against this as some tests could be marked as usual Sage and should be run normally without the optional package installed. Although I am +1 for having such a feature as in the "typical" case, an optional package file should almost always contain doctests marked for that package.
