To whom it may concern,

I am ready to submit a proposal and could seriously use some advice
on how this process exactly works with the development end of things. I can
definitely handle the development of programs and use GitHub, this issue
becomes what do I develop, where, how much, and how does this contribute to
a project idea? I am thoroughly trained and practiced in mathematics
through upper level undergraduate courses. I also am proficient in Java,
Python, and R. Is the proposal discussion starting tomorrow on Google's
website? I am assuming that prospective students have a chance to discuss
proposals prior to submission like last year so if anyone can please offer
some guidance and advice that would be fantastic. The project ideas are all
from 2017 so I just need to make sure I am focusing effort in the right
place.

Thanks,
David
