You have a conflict with your anaconda install:

ImportError: 
/home/sng/anaconda3/envs/sage/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sage/matrix/../../../../liblinboxsage.so.0:
undefined symbol: _ZNK6Givaro7IntegercvSsEv

I guess if you move anaconda away then the binary would work.
