It's the first time I post here. I don't know if sage-devel or sage-support is the more appropriate mailing list. How does Sage implement the method echelon_form() for sparse matrices over finite fields? Is LinBox the default backend? (I'm not a Sage developer, but would like to know about performance-related implementation details.) Thanks for the help!
