Several patchbots are showing this error:

I have seen this error on quasar, rk02-math and sagemath-patchbot-docker
so it must be a real issue (not a misconfiguration of one system). As
far as I know, there have been no reports of this outside of the
patchbot. So I'm clueless what is causing this...
