Hello everyone,

First all, I am completely new to SAGA as well as GIS. However, I thinks
this perhaps just a configuration error on my side on my linux host.

I am using arch linux with gcc 7.2.0

I have just cloned the recent version from git.

[michael@moo:saga-gis-code|master]$ git remote show origin
* remote origin
  Fetch URL: git://git.code.sf.net/p/saga-gis/code
  Push URL: git://git.code.sf.net/p/saga-gis/code

After installing all needed dependencies and doing an

autoreconf -i
./configure
make
sudo make install

I have a running version of saga in my machine. However, exactly the "tool"
or "lib" I want to use is not available: io_shapes_las

In a fresh windows install I can see that tool available when using
saga_cmd. However, I am working on batch processing and want to use my
powerful linux server for this purpose.

btw liblas-1.8.1-1 ist installed as well.

Do I need to configure io_shapes_las to build somehow?

With kind regards,
Michael
