Consdering your offers, I made a temptative assignation of the subjects to 
cover:



- The sage development workflow (Trac, git, doctests...)   -> Eric 
Gourgoulhon
- The coercion model & Implementation of Parents and elements -> Simon King
- The category framework -> Travis Scrimshaw
- Cython &  Communication with external packages -> Jeroen Demeyer

Is this ok with you? Feel free to propose changes.

Also, Tomer Bauer has proposed himself to give an introductory talk about 
sage installation and use, and maybe another about writing sage extensions. 
I am not sure if that would fit better as another mini course, or rather we 
should leave some slots in the afternoon for people to propose talks (and 
fit that part there).
