Dear all,
The installation of both Python2 and Python3 in Sage is incompatible
with having PYTHONPATH sets as an environment variable. For example, one
gets the following kind of dramatic errors
$ sage -sh -c "pip3 install service_identity"
Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: Unable to get the locale encoding
File ".../local/lib/python/encodings/__init__.py", line 123
raise CodecRegistryError,\
^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
Current thread 0x00007fe284229700 (most recent call first):
Aborted (core dumped)
Does anybody knows why it is set at all?
Vincent
