I am not having any problem starting the notebook. You might genuinely be 
out of memory, or hard drive space.

I am having a problem with the notebook itself, in that it says "Error 
typesetting mathematics", instead of displaying the result of any 
computation. Probably there's some package that needs to be installed that 
is not. This was already a problem before though. I don't use the notebook, 
so am not personally affected by this.
