It stucks in every run. You can run my test code, it does not take so long.
Degree is 199. And I have no idea about the algorithm Singular uses, and the memory requirements. So this may be just a feature.
(Actually there is at least a minor bug: at mimum I should have gotten an error message about running out of memory.)
