That is a hard question, if it isn't due to some specific repeatable thing. You can use the developer tools in your browser to try to track what responses are coming, but if the sagenb log isn't showing anything unusual, I'm not sure what else to say. However, a workaround is to put the text into true text cells, rather than as comments in the compute cell.
