Well, until then the spkg-install scripts (sh|c)ould catch this (Sage's GCC emitting instructions Apple's ancient assembler doesn't support). It's weird Givaro's 'configure' claims AVX, AVX2 and FMA3 supported, but neither BMI nor BMI2.
