The problem seems to be this: https://trac.edgewall.org/changeset/14121 It is not a terribly new change, but as I upgraded Trac while doing the upgrade, it was still not an issue with the last version of Trac that was in use. I will hot-patch Trac for now so that you can log in, and will follow up on this more properly ASAP (FWIW it should also be possible to work around this with the sage_trac plugin without needing to patch Trac.
