Some of those repos are out of date, too. If in doubt check with whats actually on the trac VM.
Really we need a better (any!) configuration management. E.g. by having a repo with salt/ansible/... VM configuration or dockerfiles etc. Having a VM thats being prodded by a dozen different admins isn't a good system in the long run.
