OK, so it's critical that I have a separate build for each version people might copy, e.g., instead do /projects/sage/sage-dev/sage-7.2.rc1 That will also be good for other reasons. > b) modifying a shared library in the destination /tmp/sage-dev/ has no > effect until you relink the binary/cython extension that uses it.
